2026 International Symposium on “Chinese Export Art”

The Susan Chen Foundation is proud to support an international symposium on Chinese Export Art at the Hong Kong Maritime Museum (HKMM) on 12-13 October 2026. The two‑day event will bring together leading scholars, curators, and professionals from Hong Kong, Mainland China, and overseas to explore Chinese export art as a vital medium of global cultural exchange, maritime trade, and cross‑regional artistic dialogue.

The programme will include keynote lectures, selected research presentations, an intensive study course, and a published volume of proceedings. As the Principal Sponsor, the Foundation’s support honours Susan’s legacy and affirms Hong Kong’s role as an international centre for scholarship and cultural exchange.
