IBEL: Bridging education and opportunity for non-Chinese speaking students

The Susan Chen Foundation is proud to support the Integrated Brilliant Education Limited (IBEL) Education Centres, which play a crucial role in empowering underprivileged non-Chinese-speaking children in Hong Kong. Founded in 2014, IBEL operates two centres that provide quality, subsidised education support with a focus on Chinese language proficiency and life skills development. Our donation will help IBEL continue its mission to bridge educational gaps and enhance the language abilities of educationally marginalised children. By supporting IBEL, we are contributing to the social integration and academic success of these students, ensuring they have the tools and opportunities to thrive in their educational journey.
